About Nancy Myers, PA-CNancy Myers, PA, is NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant with 20+ years of clinical experience.
Ms. Myers received her A.S. in Biology from the Tidewater Community College, Portsmouth, VA in 1995. Right after, in 1998, she obtained her B.S. in Physical Education/Sports Medicine from Longwood College, Farmville, VA.
In 2001, Nancy Myers completed the Surgical Assisting certificate program at the Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, VA, and in 2009 she earned her M.S. in Physician Assistant from the same medical school.
Nancy began her professional career as a Surgical Assistant in 2001. She has extensive experience as Physician Assistant providing specialized medical care with direct and indirect supervision of a physician, including examining patients, developing differential diagnostic plans, determining and ordering appropriate diagnostic testing, interpreting examination findings and testing results.
Nancy Myers holds certifications and licenses such as Virginia State Physician Assistant Licensure, DEA, BLS, ACLS, etc. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants. |
